This part time role emphasizes communication and coordination of health initiatives, including mental health training. Engage with team members to foster a culture prioritizing employee well-being while aiding the Director of Wellness in various responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Create health promotion communications and materials
Coordinate training sessions for mental health initiatives
Organize virtual and in-person well-being programs
Support the development of HSE training programs
Measure program effectiveness and communication strategies Requirements:
University degree in health sciences or related field
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in health and wellness program management
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations
