As Health and Safety Manager, you will guide the operational health and safety programs for Alterra Experiences Division.

Your expert leadership will drive the development and improvement of safety management systems while working with teams to promote a proactive culture. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight and direct operational involvement to ensure a safe working setting for employees and guests. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Health & Safety team
Develop health and safety management systems




Oversee safety training and compliance programs
Conduct safety inspections and audits
Manage workers' compensation claims and reporting Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in occupational health & safety
Experience with COR certification and audits
Knowledge of worker’s compensation processes
Solid planning and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation This role demands strong leadership and expertise in health and safety to contribute to CMH’s mission and vision.
