Make an impact with the John Howard Society of Saskatchewan as a Caseworker in the SIL Apartments program. This full time role involves intensive case management and community support.

As a Caseworker, you'll work under the supervision of the Program Manager to assist individuals facing socio-economic challenges. You'll provide crisis support, model positive behavior, and help participants connect with community resources. Your focus will be on maintaining confidentiality and delivering empathetic, client-centered service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure participants understand program guidelines
• Provide intensive case management and crisis support
• Connect clients to essential community supports




• Role model positive and non-violent problem-solving skills
• Maintain confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or 1+ years' experience in social support
• Knowledge of socio-economic issues and restorative justice
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Empathy for individuals impacted by the Criminal Justice System
• Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and clean criminal record
