Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety protocols
Support the kitchen team during peak hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Handle food handling responsibilities responsibly, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients
Contribute to a positive team setting by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues
Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with knowledge of kitchen operations
Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude
Excellent attention to detail in meal presentation and ingredient measurements
