Drive training excellence as an Intermediate Trainer in Edmonton for a Procurement System Modernization project. Support employees in adapting to current systems through engaging learning experiences. This contract position runs from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
In this role, you will assess training needs, design engaging learning materials, and deliver in-person, virtual, blended, and self-paced training. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance understanding of complex processes. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and develop role-based training strategies
Design and deliver wide-ranging training formats
Create e-learning materials and job aids
Facilitate sessions for technical and non-technical staff
Evaluate and improve training based on feedback Requirements:
Experience in corporate or enterprise training
