We are looking for a part time position for Saturday, Sundays and stat holidays, our hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. In this energetic role, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing delicious dishes with precision and flair.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety regulations and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper storage of ingredients
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders




Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent food service experiences

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-pressure setting
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service expectations
