You will advise operational leaders on HR matters, ensuring policies are applied consistently. Your leadership will guide the HR Business Partner and HR Generalist, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Lead employee relations activities across the mine
Coach leaders on HR policies and workplace matters
Facilitate conflict and issue resolution effectively
Oversee attendance management and related processes
Support employee recognition and engagement initiatives Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in progressive Human Resources roles
Previous mining experience is beneficial
Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
