Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and explain the collection process clearly
Perform exact phlebotomies and ECG recordings
Manage special tests including paternity and drug screenings
Ensure data accuracy for patient demographics
Prepare specimens for transport and testing
Requirements:
Approved Laboratory Assistant program graduation
Phlebotomy experience is a plus
Solid communication and customer service skills
