We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Framing Specialists for residential and commercial projects. This role involves constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring safety, precision, and quality in every project. Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing projects
Construct wall frames, floors, ceilings, and roof structures using hand tools and power tools
Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting and positioning large materials
Install siding and other exterior elements to ensure weatherproofing and aesthetic appeal
Utilize woodworking skills for custom framing solutions and repairs
Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged framing components
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment,

Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction documentation
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
Strong knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Experience with siding installation and exterior finishing work
Knowledge of welding processes relevant to framing applications
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks over extended periods
