You will lead a team, manage dining preferences, and ensure property readiness while communicating effectively across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and staff scheduling
Oversee guest services and housekeeping quality
Coordinate food and beverage operations with the chef
Conduct property walkthroughs and ensure cleanliness
Resolve guest concerns and uphold service standards Requirements:
Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Solid communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently in the GM's absence
