Foundation is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse. Under the supervision of the Director of Resident Care, you'll provide clinical direction to Health Care Aides while adhering to qualified standards and ethics.

Your role will encompass following the scope of practice outlined by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba, ensuring our residents receive top quality care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care per established standards and procedures
Offer clinical direction to staff, including Health Care Aides




Fulfill skilled responsibilities in line with CLPNM guidelines
Maintain effective communication with residents and staff
Foster positive relationships within the community Requirements:
Active licensure with the CLPNM or eligibility
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Solid clinical skills and nursing concepts knowledge
Basic computer and electronic software proficiency
