Overview

Duties
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Create a positive and engaging learning workplace for students
Deliver instruction in an effective and age-appropriate manner
Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on educational trends and teaching strategies

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Teaching certification or license required
Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred




Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
