Ramen Misoya Edmonton is looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team! We are currently hiring for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions.
We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, work well with others, and are committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high food quality standards.
Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, qualified service.
Take orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages efficiently.
Handle dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
Complete daily opening and closing duties.
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Back of House (BOH) Responsibilities
Prepare and cook ramen, appetizers, and other menu items according to company standards.
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
Assist with daily ingredient preparation and kitchen operations.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
Monitor inventory and minimize food waste.
Complete daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
Work efficiently with team members during busy service periods.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and company operating procedures.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
