Westlake Chemical Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented customer service skilled to help move orders from inquiry to delivery. You will manage orders in JDE, coordinate with Sales and Logistics, and ensure accurate records and timely deliveries for customers.
The role requires about three years of customer service experience; ERP familiarity with JDE or SAP is preferred, and post-secondary education is advantageous.
