Become a Decision Science Specialist with Transat, a recognized leader in leisure airlines. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Management Systems and play a key part in enhancing analytical models and business strategies.

You will utilize your expertise in data science to convert data insights into actionable recommendations, fostering improved commercial performance. Your work will involve ensuring the quality of models, collaborating with various teams, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities:
Optimize revenue management systems and PROS platform
Validate statistical models and algorithms for accuracy




Design KPIs and measurement frameworks for model effectiveness
Conduct exploratory analyses to identify performance drivers
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights Requirements:
Master’s degree in Operations Research, Statistics, or related field
4 to 8 years of experience in advanced analytics and data science
Solid knowledge in predictive modeling and machine learning
Advanced skills in SQL and Python for data analysis
