Key Responsibilities
Post all recent and pre-owned vehicle deals
Coordinate month-end close with sales managers
Reconcile deals booked and gross profits with managers
Ensure inventory schedules are reconciled monthly
Monitor payments for the floor plan account

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive industry
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Knowledge of dealership accounting procedures
Proficient in Reynolds & Reynolds software
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
