This role is ideal for someone with robust technical expertise in Power BI, data visualization, analytics, and workforce planning, who can translate complex information into actionable insights for the Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR leadership teamsThis role with support the talent insight's infrastructure; enhancing dashboards, improving data accuracy, developing predictive workforce planning models, and ensuring our TA and HR teams have reliable, high-quality analytics to drive strategic decisions.Must Haves:5-7+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related data/HR disciplineDesign, build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports,



and data models that support Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning priorities.Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations with workforce planning, forecasting, or talent insightsStrong understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR metrics (time-to-fill, funnel analytics, turnover, headcount trends, etc.) Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations Experience conducting supply–demand analysis and identifying workforce and skills gaps Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, data modeling, data transformations, and building dashboards from scratchDevelop and maintain workforce planning models, templates, and Power BI dashboards that support annual business planning and ongoing forecasting cycles.Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
