Day to day, that means:Reviewing construction documents, developing accurate estimates and costing, coordinating tender packages, analyzing bids, and awarding and managing trade contracts and purchase ordersBuilding and maintaining the baseline schedule, with two-week look-aheads at every progress meetingOwning the budget and change-order process, preparing and presenting monthly Project Cost Reports, and authorizing sub-trade and material payments with accurate cost codingRunning course-of-construction meetings with trades, consultants, and owners, and keeping correspondence, RFI logs, and submittal logs current and distributedLeading on health and safety - setting the example, ensuring compliance with our H&S; Program and Policy & Procedures Manual, and confirming permits, insurance, and bonding are in placeResolving contractual and technical issues with consultants and trades quickly and professionally,



and managing deficiencies to closeoutWorking hand‑in‑hand with the Site Superintendent to set workplans and execute project goalsSupervising, mentoring, and developing project staffBeing the face of Harbour Hills to owners, architects, consultants, trades, and the public - and helping win current work through estimates, proposals, and presentationsWhat you bring5+ years as a Project Manager in Ontario ICI construction (with prior coordinator experience), and a track record of delivering projects from $500K to $25MAn engineering degree (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or a Construction Management diploma - or an equivalent mix of training and hands‑on experienceStrong command of construction methods, estimating, budgeting, and schedulingProficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (or equivalent), Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office SuiteA safety-first mindset and a track record of running disciplined, compliant sitesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills, and the organization to juggle competing deadlinesAssets (not required)PMP or CAPM, Gold Seal, LEED Accreditation, or broader AutoCAD/Autodesk experience.Working conditionsBased out of our Hamilton head office and on project sites across the Greater Hamilton Area and Niagara Region, with project‑related travel within the GHA.
