• Ensure food freshness using FIFO and proper rotation methods




• Follow safety and hygiene policies in kitchen practices
• Communicate needs clearly with team members

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant or similar setting
• Strong culinary knowledge and time-management skills
• Ability to read and understand B.E.O.s
• Commitment to a cooperative team setting
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
