Sonova is seeking a proactive Product Development & Prototype Specialist in Kitchener. In this role, you will collaborate across global teams while managing the transition from concept to manufacturing. Key responsibilities include building and verifying prototypes, supporting production trials, and documenting insights for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and verify initial prototype models for new products
• Participate in Production Trial Runs and document insights
• Modify specialized components for R&D; and labs




• Provide feedback on manufacturing feasibility and assembly
• Assist in preparing assembly instructions and engineering drawings

Requirements:
• 5+ years in prototype or manufacturing roles
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
