As a Bilingual Proofreader at Notified, you will collaborate with the global Editorial Team, reporting to a Team Lead. Your expertise will shine as you review and format clients’ press releases amidst tight deadlines while providing exceptional customer service. Although this role does not involve original content creation, it offers valuable insights into news distribution and client consultation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review clients’ press releases for grammatical and spelling errors
• Format releases to match client originals




• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
• Assist with regulatory needs, including SEDAR and EDGAR filings
• Support account management and maintain multimedia libraries

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 1-2 years of skilled proofreading experience
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong customer service background in a fast-paced setting
