We are looking for our next Staff Accountant (Bilingual) . Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing full cycle accounting functions including preparation of financial reports for several Company-operated stores. Save on M&M; Food Market products Accounting – Company Stores Responsible for full cycle accounting for several company operated stores (A/P, Financial Reporting) Essential to understand Financial Statements and full cycle accounting Import, reconcile, and validate sales and other Store data within the accounting system (NetSuite) Review accounting transactions, reports, investigate variances, and provide explanations for unusual activity.

Maintain the general ledger and support documentation for assigned Company operated stores. Receive, review, and process financial and operational materials submitted by company-operated stores.





Provide

Supporting documentation for annual audits of Company -operated stores. Organize and box accounting records for secure storage and retrieval.

Financial Database

Systems (FDS) Set up / close utilities, security and other vendor accounts for new/transferred stores.

Provide Bookkeeping

Training in French to new franchise partners. Minimum two (2) years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Experience performing full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
