Implement and sustain the City's ECM software system
Conduct systems evaluation and design for EIM
Offer functional support and staff training on ECM processes




Liaise with the OCIO to resolve technical challenges
Develop risk assessments and governance policy tools Requirements:
5 years of experience in records/information management
At least 3 years of ECM software deployment experience
Certified Information Skilled or Certified Records Manager designation
Project management experience focusing on EIM or ECM
