This Project
Manager role involves fostering key relationships with insurance adjusters and clients. You will determine project scopes, ensuring work meets standards and timelines while preparing accurate quotes. Your leadership will ensure effective communication across stakeholders amidst wide-ranging local conditions and emergency situations. Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage initial customer contacts
Educate clients on repair process and timelines
Prepare accurate quotes that meet target margins
Ensure deadlines and project requirements are met
Deliver outstanding service to all parties involved Requirements:
University or College Diploma in construction management preferred
Minimum 5 years in restoration or construction
WRT and FSRT certifications are assets
Solid communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of building codes and reconstruction processes Lead restoration projects while enhancing ServiceMaster's reputation in the Okanagan.
