We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cosmetics Manager to join our team! This position is Full Time Tuesday-Saturday. In this role you will oversee cosmetics & fashion operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Your leadership will drive sales growth, maintain merchandising standards, and foster a welcoming environment for all clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a flair for retail management, and a deep understanding of cosmetics and beauty products. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with customers to help them look and feel their best
Utilize POS data to manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, and stock replenishment to maximize product appeal and profitability
Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing clients,
including planning and carrying out cosmetic related store events
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
Maintain store standards to optimize the customer experience and drive traffic, sales and profitability
Complete sales transactions and refunds courteously and accurately
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 1 year retail experience
1 year in a management role preferred but willing to train the right person
Good communication skills
Work well with team members
Compensation/Benefits
Starting wage of $20/h
Quarterly Incentive bonus of 8% of gross profit on cosmetics sales
