This role focuses on release management, tooling, and improving CI/CD across the Product Development department. As a DevOps Manager, you will be instrumental in owning deployment success and supporting product teams.
Collaborating with DevOps Specialists, you will set technical standards and continuously enhance operational practices. Your leadership will play a crucial role in managing enterprise tooling and driving incident response programs effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Manage build and deployment processes across all products
Define merge/branching/release standards for teams
Oversee operations of GitLab, SonarQube, and Jenkins
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members
Drive the enterprise incident response program and processes Requirements:
5+ years of DevOps or related experience
Experience with GitLab, SonarQube, and CI/CD practices
Solid communication and cross-team influence skills
Prior matrixed management experience preferred
