DMC Mining Services is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager with extensive industry experience.
This role encompasses maintaining project controls standards and consolidating reports from various construction projects. Lead a team of site-based specialists to ensure timely and accurate management reporting to executive leadership, shaping the organization's approach to project governance and performance. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce corporate project controls governance
Consolidate site performance data into corporate reports
Conduct audits of site project controls execution
Lead improvements in project controls processes and software
Manage executive dashboard updates and KPIs Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
10+ years of project controls experience
Proven expertise in earned value management
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and reporting tools
Ability to travel to multiple project sites Excel in project controls leadership and contribute to DMC’s legacy of excellence in mining.
