Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will work on a range of essential tasks from landscaping and building repair to managing water and wastewater systems. Key Responsibilities
Maintain landscaped areas and gardens consistently
Oversee regular swimming pool safety testing
Execute preventative maintenance during winter months
Perform landscaping and light snow removal
Assist in property upgrades and specialized projects
Requirements:
Minimum of two years in general maintenance roles
Knowledge of water system operations
A valid G-class driver's license with clean record
Availability for versatile schedule, including emergencies
