Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections for both interior and exterior
Carry out repairs including drywall, carpentry, and plumbing
Manage work orders with transparent communication
Facilitate access for external maintenance vendors
Maintain seasonal landscaping and snow removal
Requirements:
3–5 years in maintenance or building operations
Proficient in a range of repair tasks
Solid organizational skills to handle multiple projects
Must have a BC driver's license and personal vehicle
Red Seal certification is a plus
