Abyss Digital is looking for a hands‑on Compositing Lead Artist to define and lead the visual and technical standard of our compositing department.

This Role Combines Two Key Responsibilities
Senior‑level shot execution — building master shots and defining the reference compositing look for each project
Department leadership — guiding and supervising compositing artists to consistently match that standard across all shots

We are looking for someone who is both a robust senior artist and a confident leader — capable of setting the creative benchmark while ensuring precision, efficiency, and clear communication across teams.

We are scaling our Warsaw unit to support growing international demand. This role will directly define the compositing standard of Abyss Digital.
