Known as one of Winnipeg's favourite brunch destinations, we're entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of an innovative evening small plates program created by Chef Mike de Groot. Our team has the prospect to work across two distinct menus that celebrate fresh, local ingredients, refined technique, and bold, seasonal flavours.

Responsibilities
Prepare and execute menu items to Juneberry standards
Set up, stock, and maintain an organized station
Prepare ingredients, sauces, and mise en place for service
Follow recipes, food safety, and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation
Manage inventory rotation, dating, and cleanliness
Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen duties as required

Required Skills
Experience as a line or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen
Robust knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment




Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
Culinary training is an asset but not required
