Lead strategic initiatives as the Director of Business Development at EA SPORTS. This hybrid role leverages partnerships to enhance gaming experiences beyond core offerings. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will be the key business development lead for EA SPORTS.
Your mission includes collaborating with EA Ventures to identify and capitalize on strategic partnerships in sports media and emerging technologies. This role emphasizes executing prospects that align with both franchise and corporate goals, enhancing fan engagement beyond gameplay. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with EA Ventures to drive Beyond Game strategies
Identify and execute new partnership opportunities
Manage partnerships from identification to launch
Collaborate with EA SPORTS Business Development teams
Monitor trends across sports and digital media Requirements:
7–10 years in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships
Experience in gaming, sports, or digital media
Proven negotiation skills in complex partnerships
Robust understanding of the global sports ecosystem
Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively Drive creative changes for EA SPORTS by expanding strategic partnerships and enhancing fan experiences.
