RBC seeks a Director to lead Canada and Enterprise Compliance Audit within the CAE Group. You will drive assurance activities across second-line compliance and privacy, shaping coverage strategies and developing a Compliance COE to serve auditees and regional teams.
You will partner with Global Audit leaders to align regulatory priorities, oversee first- and second-line audits, and mentor senior staff while delivering trusted risk insights across the enterprise.
