About the Role

Daymi is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. No previous experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, washrooms, and assigned kitchen and restaurant areas.
Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
Handle garbage, recycling, and waste disposal.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment issues.
Assist with daily cleaning and scheduled deep-cleaning tasks.

Requirements




No previous experience required; restaurant experience is an asset.
Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
