Monitor accounts receivable and payable under management direction
Reconcile cheque and credit card payments accurately daily
Print necessary daily reports following established policies
Maintain confidential office records of transactions
Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Accounts payable and receivable experience preferred
Valid Canadian driver’s license required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
