Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or event navigation
Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed throughout service
Replenish supplies, clear tables, and manage the timely delivery of orders in coordination with kitchen staff
Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up buffet stations or assisting with plating
Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Experience
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry environments is highly preferred
Serving it right certification requires
Robust background in food service, guest services, or hospitality roles demonstrates readiness for this position
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper serving techniques is essential
Experience in bartending or hotel service roles is a plus but not required
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Familiarity with food preparation and basic bartending skills enhances your versatility in the role
