We are seeking a reliable and energetic Back of House (BOH) / Kitchen Staff member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared efficiently, high quality standards are met, and the kitchen remains clean and compliant with food safety regulations. Whether you are prepping ingredients, assisting cooks, or maintaining station cleanliness, your dedication will help deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities
Memorize and accurately follow all recipes, assembly specifications, and portion standards to ensure consistency across every dish.
Expertly prep, cook, and assemble signature burgers and grill items to order with high taste and presentation quality.
Seamlessly handle and move between multiple kitchen stations (such as the grill, fryer, and assembly lines) as peak service demands.
Keep cooking and prep areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift to maintain high operational efficiency.
Strictly follow food safety regulations, including proper food handling, temperature checks, equipment cleaning, and surface sanitization.
Work closely with team members and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and timely food delivery during busy rushes.

Qualifications




Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment is an asset, but enthusiastic entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Understanding of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including late nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Completion of culinary or kitchen safety courses is considered an asset.

Base Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour
