Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team in a casual/part-time role. This position is perfect for those who enjoy working with their hands, have a passion for cleanliness, and want to make a positive impact in clients’ homes. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

You must have a vehicle as your start time may vary throughout the week. You would be responsible for filling in when our regular crew has appointments/illness or if the schedule is extra full a particular day.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded




Use appropriate cleaning tools and products safely and effectively
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks performed
Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
Report to your lead

Experience
Previous classroom experience or experience working with children is a plus but not required
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
Prior teaching or caregiving experience demonstrates strong communication skills and patience
Background in early childhood education or related fields is beneficial
Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude around children or vulnerable populations
