Responsibilities Job Summary Customer Service
Process ICBC Autoplan quotations, renewals, and policies.
Provide new quotes on all Personal Lines types of business
Provide renewal terms and optional coverage
Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios
Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)
Update evaluators when necessary
Keep abeyances updated and current
Accounts Receivable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Level 2 Insurance License (or Level 1 General Insurance License and willing to be trained and achieve a Level 2 General Insurance License)
ICBC Autoplan experience.
Be willing to be trained and with the intention for a level 2 license.




Strong communication skills to apply to underwriters, customers, and team members
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Solid customer service
Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
Company Portal knowledge is an asset
Computer skills including working knowledge with Word & Excel
