Orlick Industriesis an automotive parts supplier producing aluminum components for many varieties of vehicles, with Honda being our largest customer.CNC Machine OperatorPosition Summary:A CNC Lead Hand is responsible for ensuring that CNC equipment and tooling is setup and adjusted properly, allowing the CNC machine operator to produce high quality parts.Why Join Orlick Industries?Advantages program including dental, vision care, prescription medication, and extended health care coverageAnnual wage reviews and increasesTuition reimbursement programPension contributionsCost coverage for safety work bootsEmployee eventsJob Duties & Responsibilities:Startup machines following required instructions.Perform safety checks as required by Orlick Work InstructionsCompare production parts to blue prints / mechanical drawingsSet up CNC machines as required by Supervisor.Correct machining deficiencies as required to meet quality standards.Adjust tooling (including insert replacements) as required by the process.Complete downtime logs, specific startup sheets and other required paperwork.Check and maintain and / or fill out work orders daily to ensure functionality of machines and equipmentSubmit sample parts to the QA lab and log them into the system as required,



work with the Quality Control group to understand potential problems with the machining of parts and take corrective actionPerform or assist with various product containments for non-conforming parts.Assist the CNC Shift Supervisor as required.
