Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience from start to finish
Prepare and serve food and beverages with attention to quality, presentation, and safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, ensuring compliance with health regulations
Engage with guests through friendly conversation, public speaking, and promoting menu items or specials




Assist in managing wait times by communicating effectively with customers and team members
Support team members during busy periods by multitasking efficiently and maintaining a lively atmosphere

Experience
Prior experience working with children is a plus, especially when engaging with younger guests or families
Strong public speaking skills to confidently interact with guests and promote offerings
Proven customer service experience in food service or hospitality environments
Familiarity with guest services, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
Experience with cash handling to ensure accurate transactions
Background in food service or hospitality roles that emphasize teamwork, communication, and guest satisfaction
Enthusiasm for creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
