About PADRA Clinic

PADRA Clinic is a leading provider of hair restoration and aesthetic treatments, backed by over 26 years of clinical experience and more than 1 million clients. We are expanding our Toronto Hair Transplant Team and looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join us.

Previous hair transplant experience is preferred but NOT required. Paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with hair transplant procedures and patient preparation
Prepare, sort, count, handle, and preserve hair grafts
Support graft placement and implantation procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and sterile fields
Monitor patient comfort and assist with post-procedure care
Maintain accurate graft counts and procedure documentation
Follow all sterilization, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols
Work closely with physicians and the clinical team

Requirements
Must be a Canadian citizen
Fluent in English
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Comfortable working directly with patients
Reliable, professional,



and able to work effectively in a team
Willing to complete PADRA Clinic’s paid training program

Preferred — Not Required
Previous hair transplant or hair restoration experience
Experience in an aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, or clinical workplace
Familiarity with FUE/Sapphire FUE procedures
Medical, nursing, aesthetic, surgical/OT, or related healthcare background
