Landau Gage is currently seeking toolmakers and will consider toolmaker apprentices available to start ASAP. Previous experience in precision manufacturing is desirable. We will consider high school graduates with shop experience, first and second year apprentices. We will train the successful candidates for a rewarding career in precision gage manufacturing.
Summary
As a Toolmaker/Toolmaker Apprentice, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools to create and repair precision tools and fixtures. Reporting to the Lead Toolmaker, you will apply your skills in machining and assembly to meet production goals. Your familiarity with CAD software and CNC programming will enhance your contributions to design and production efficiency. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and a commitment to developing your technical abilities in a energetic manufacturing setting.
