Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their shopping journey
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as needed
Uphold store policies on cash handling, security procedures,
and customer privacy at all times
Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus, especially involving product demos or technology products
Robust communication skills to clearly convey information and build rapport with customers
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy workplace
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
Customer service expertise with a friendly attitude and active listening skills
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service
Bilingual capabilities in English and other languages enhance your ability to connect with more customers
Knowledge of merchandising techniques, upselling strategies, and phone etiquette
