We are seeking a friendly and professional Banquet Server to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest services during events and banquets, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and productive manner during banquets and events
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and tableware
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events
Handle guest inquiries professionally and address any special requests promptly
Follow all food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures




Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow
Reset banquet rooms for subsequent events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry preferred
Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Experience with food preparation or hotel service is a plus but not required
