This permanent and full time role in our Private Client Team is perfect for solicitors with over 5 years PQE. You will advise on charity regulations, oversee the registration of recent entities, and manage charity mergers. Collaborate across teams while providing mentorship and training for less experienced lawyers while you engage in business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Create and register current charitable organizations

Requirements:
5+ PQE in charity law practice
History of working with diverse charity sizes
Proficient in legal judgment and application
