Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a skilled, friendly manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
Provide product demos and explain features to customers to enhance their shopping experience
Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining quality service
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, phone etiquette,



and organizational skills to support team operations

Experience
Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced workplace
Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Experience with technology sales or product demos is a plus
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and retail operations enhances your success in this role
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers and team members
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining a positive attitude
