WELL Health Technologies is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst for its Clinics Finance team. This role focuses on financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end activities within a rapidly growing environment. You'll be instrumental in enhancing financial processes and ensuring timely reporting standards under IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day accounting for assigned clinics
• Complete month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare account reconciliations for financial statements




• Report monthly clinic financials with variance analysis
• Partner with clinic leaders to explain financial insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation or in pursuit of CPA certification
• 4–6 years of experience in financial reporting
• Robust knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
