Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition Team committed to attracting top talent for over 60 branches across the province. This role requires collaboration with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to effectively recruit for diverse positions, from entry-level to senior roles. You will also ensure compliance and contribute to improving our hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to source and select candidates
• Conduct initial interviews via phone and video
• Create engaging job descriptions to attract quality talent




• Provide exceptional candidate experiences
• Track recruitment metrics for analysis

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in talent sourcing and interviewing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
• Banking/credit union recruitment familiarity preferred
• Experience in rapid-paced environments is a plus
