Affim is seeking a Product Support Specialist to serve merchant partners and resolve technical or operational issues quickly. You will become a product and payments expert, collaborating with Sales, Client Success, Operations and Engineering to provide quick solutions and scalable processes.
This remote Canada role requires bilingual English and French, a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in tech/eCommerce, and writing that communicates clearly.
